Independent Chair at Hearings
Jennifer is experienced in chairing Hearing / Appeal Panels where an independent Chair is required for particuarly complex, or senior level, disciplinary or grievance hearings.
Providing a professional presence ensures that proceedings are conducted with fairness, impartiality, and rigour. These services are particularly valued in situations where internal involvement may present a conflict of interest, or where the profile or complexity of the case demands enhanced independence and scrutiny.
Jennifer’s ability to navigate reputationally sensitive matters has led to her being instructed by organisations seeking a dependable and experienced external Chair.
Additionally, Jennifer provides independent advice to a Hearing Chair where internal HR resources are not available.
